This year, the Conflict, Security and Development Conference theme is The End of the Age of Intervention? Peace and Conflict in a Post-Aid World. Submissions should be along the themes of the conference or the conference panels, which can be found here: https://csdconference2026.org/
How to Submit:
Please email your submission to strifemagazineuk@gmail.com. Submissions should come in editable Word or Google doc formats (no PDFs). Please name your document Conference + Title+ Author name (ex: Conference, Development in Conflict, Mica Annis). Your email should be clearly marked with the type of work and “conference submission” in the subject (e.g. “Analysis Conference Submission” or “Academic Conference Submission”).
Please send an accompanying copyright-free or original image with your text, if possible. Images are not to be inserted into the text, but are to be sent as a separate attachment. If the image is from the internet then please send a link as well. A brief author’s biography of no more than three sentences is also required.
Your article will be returned to you with feedback from our editorial team. If your article is selected for publication, then it is your responsibility to review those comments and ensure you send back a ‘clean’ version of the article which is ready to publish with no tracked changes remaining.
All submissions must be sent in by 27 March 2026 by 5 PM GMT
